Price Promise Terms & Conditions

To qualify for our 10-Day Price Promise:

  • The claim must be submitted within 10 days of the original purchase date.
  • The product must be identical, including brand, style, colour and size.
  • The competitor must be a UK-based retailer selling directly to consumers.
  • The competitor's item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
  • The lower price must be publicly advertised and available to all customers.
  • The comparison price must include any mandatory charges.
  • We reserve the right to verify all pricing information before approving a claim.

The Price Promise does not apply to:

  • Marketplace sellers including Amazon Marketplace, eBay and similar third-party platforms.
  • Clearance, liquidation or closing-down sales.
  • Auction sites.
  • Pricing errors.
  • Employee, trade, membership or loyalty discounts.
  • Promotional voucher codes, cashback offers or bundle offers.
  • Products sold outside the UK.
  • Products purchased through special-order arrangements.
